I did a group Pilates lesson three times a week, before going to work. After three months later, I look like weight loss and my body line changed. Especially, my pelvis was corrected and my cramps were gone. I got into Pilates because of Dahee, and I have been doing pilates for three years now and I enjoy the class with her the most.
My Pilat-dance studio is located in Viennas 3rd district, just opposite of The Mall in Wien Mitte, directly at the train station and metro station of the lines U3 and U4 and right next to the parking garage of The Mall. My classes are held in 2 different rooms. One is mainly used for private single and duet classes with my modern Peak-Pilates equipment (reformers+tower, ladder barrel and pilates wunda-chair) and a second one is mainly used for mat-group classes.
Both rooms (26m² and 24m²) are also available for rent for Pilates, Yoga, Shiatsu and other interested trainers. Please contact me.

Over my second pregnancy, I suffered from back and shoulder pain so I started pilates which is great for spinal and pelvic alignment. I was doing group classes with Dahee in order to relieve heavy muscle tensions. I also joined private classes, where Dahee corrected my unbalanced posture. When I stop doing Pilates, I recognized its importance even more. Dahee was able to check the status of each person on the first day and recorded the change and improvements as time went on.
